Gone are the old days in which flimsy cloth bags would be attached to floor sanding machines and filled to the brim with wood sanding dust. The bags would never fully contain the powerful air pressure of the sanders blower's and eventully dust would be forced through the fabric of the bags during the cours of the job. Houses ended up being covered in dust, and homeowners would breathe in hazardous airborne particles for days and days.

Don't be fooled by every contractors claim of dustless sanding. Our technology employs a powerful two stage dual cyclonic vacuumed HEPA system. The Oneida Air Systems® Vortex DCS Portable Dust Containment System® has not one, but two certified full-unit HEPA filter cartridges that have a 99.97% efficiency at .03 microns. The Cobra® cyclone vacuum draws in a massive 245 cfm of air; while simultaneously, the Vortex® sander attachment eliminates over pressurization from the sander blower that normally causes other systems to blow out dust before it can be drawn into the evacuation hoses. Other competitors flawed single stage dust containment systems only use a simple vacuum suction and simply can't match the Oneida Vortex DCS!

The result is a floor refinishing process that leaves a home unsoiled and eliminates a prolonged and aggravating time cleaning an unnecessary mess.
